My name is Emma Nodine, and I am currently a fourth-year undergraduate student at the University of Georgia. I am a student in the UGA College of Public Health, and I am majoring in Health Promotion with an emphasis in Behavioral Medicine and a minor in Biology.

I was born and raised in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, where I lived for my entire life until graduating from Wando High School in May of 2022. I moved to Athens, Georgia to pursue my undergraduate education from the University of Georgia in August of 2022. I am currently on a pre-dental track to pursue dental school after my graduation from the University of Georgia in the Spring of 2026.

In my free time, I enjoy being involved in several organizations that align with my values of faith, community, and supporting others. I serve weekly in my ministry, the UGA Wesley Foundation, and church, Athens Church, where I have built lasting relationships and grown in both leadership and faith during my time in Athens. I also proudly support UGA Miracle, which supports Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta through raising money and supporting the CHOA Miracle Champion families. I have also been a member of Alpha Chi Omega’s Beta Sigma chapter at the University of Georgia since the Fall of 2022, where I’ve enjoyed serving throughout the chapter as a New Member small group leader and helped with philanthropy events supporting domestic violence awareness and a local philanthropy called Project Safe. Outside of my extracurricular involvements, I love staying active outdoors through running, playing pickleball with friends, traveling, and visiting beaches with my dog when I am home in Charleston.
