I am thrilled to be interning with the UHC Dental Clinic this semester, during the Spring of 2026, through the College of Public Health to advance my experience in the intersection of clinical dentistry and public health. I will be working on a project toward improving access to care for patients that are uninsured or underinsured with dental insurance. I aim to improve this access through minimizing common barriers to care such as cost and insurance coverage through creating a payment option separate from dental insurance.
